*If a return request is made do to an error on our part, or if the item is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will promptly replace the item or give you a refund at our discretion.
*Crowns, Tiaras and Scepters made and sent from overseas are not returnable.
*Many crowns come in a protective plastic. If you are planning to return the item, DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC. We will only accept returns of such crowns if they are still in the protective plastic. If the crown is taken out of the plastic, it is considered a "used crown" and is not re-saleable. Therefore, a return will NOT be authorized.
*All CUSTOM MADE Crowns, Tiaras, Scepters, Name Badges, Rhinestone Pins, Custom Lucite Crown Cases, Sashes and Royal Title Certificates are made to order and not returnable or refundable.
*Before placing an order for a Crown Case please measure your crown carefully, as there is a 25% restocking on all Crown Cases returned. Crown Case dimensions are specifically listed on our website. Freight is not refundable.
*Clearance/Discounted Items are not eligible for return. We offer such amazing discounts because we don't house any inventory after our sales end and therefore cannot process returns. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right.
*We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.

If items are damaged in shipping, we must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt to process a claim.
If items are damaged in shipping, we will replace or repair them.
If we must file a claim with the USPS due to damages resulting from shipping, please make sure you keep the box and all packing material, because they will ask for it at your local post office if a claim is necessary.
Repairs or damages incurred by your mishandling will be subject to a repair or replacement fee.
Use a fabric tape measure to measure around your head, where you'd like your crown to sit. You will have you head size in circumference inches.

We work with several factories in order to have the most complete collection of crowns on the market. Some crowns can be customized for fit, plating color and crystal colors and others are only available in the size and color indicated.
If the style number of the crown or tiara that you are interested in begins with an F or CD, these crowns are usually in stock and available only in the size and color shown.
The F crowns have a small diameter and are meant to wear on top the head. To secure these crowns to the top of your head, we recommend our CROWNSTAYS.
The CD crowns have a larger diameter and are meant to be worn down on your head. Since these crowns come in only one diameter, in order to know if this crown will fit you, you will need to take a measurement of your head.
TO MEASURE: Take a strip of paper, wire, string, or flexible measuring tape and place this around your head exactly where you want the crown to sit. For men, that is usually in the middle of the forehead. For women, usually crowns are worn slightly behind the hairline or on the forehead. Once you have this measurement, divide that by 3 and it will give you the diameter that you require. So, for example, if the measurement is 21, then a 7" diameter crown should fit you. If your measurement is 23, then divided by 3 is 7.66, then you would require a crown 8" in diameter and we could add some padding for you to make up the slight difference.
CROWNSTAYS: CrownStays are the solution to securing crowns and tiaras to your head comfortably and securely. Forget the bobby pins and elastic bands that you have been using and enjoy the ease and dependability of CROWNSTAYS. Finally an answer to your desire to have a secure crown.
CROWN PADS: Our exclusive Crown Pads are available in 3 sizes, which gives you the ability to custom fit your crown. The padded insert is covered in a luxurious fabric for comfort, appearance and regality. Your choice of fabrics include Navy Blue velvet, Gold lame or Silver lame. *Our Crown Pads are only available on a certain selection of crown styles.
ADJUSTING SHAPE: Your crown will come to you round in shape. However, you will be able to adjust the shape into an oval to fit your oval head. You can ovalize the crown by pulling out on the crown from front to back and squeezing it in from side to side. You should do this adjusting until there are no spaces on the sides, and the crown sits comfortably.
CROWNS THAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED: Crowns and Tiaras beginning with the letter C, AC, TC and DC can be customized in size and shape. You may also choose silver or gold plating and crystal accents of your choice. For a custom fit, take the same measurement of the circumference of your head as above. Then in order to ovalize the crown for you, we will need the diameter from front to back and from side to side. Take a piece of wire, could be picture hanging wire, or other stiff wire. Wrap it around your head, exactly where you want the crown to sit. Lay the oval wire down on the table and measure the distance from front to back and side to side. You will get a measurement something like: 6 x 7. That would be your measurement. If you want to add padding around the base of the inside of the crown, then you will need to add 1/8-1/2" all around, increasing the dimensions accordingly. For the least amount of padding, use Dr. Scholl moleskin or mole foam that can be cut into thin strips and is self adhesive. For heavier padding, a gold or silver metallic cording can be purchased in fabric stores. This cording can be glued around the inside edge of the crown with Fabri Tac glue or most fabric glue. Both types of padding can easily be taken out or changed.

As the owner and designer of the top crown and tiara website, here are the exclusive tips I give to all my customers:
1. Never touch the stones, always pick up the crown with two hands to place on your head or in a crown case. Never pick up a crown with one hand. The oils in your hands can dull the stones. Grasp the crown between the thumb and 4 fingers at the top and bottom edge of the rhinestone chain. This will keep your stones sparkling forever.
2. The silver finish on crowns is usually sterling silver plate that will tarnish if left out to the elements, just like any sterling silver item. When not in use, keep your crown in our new Crown Anti-Tarnish Bagswhich protects them from tarnishing. If you find your crown has turned dark on the inside, we recommend using our Crown Care Cloths. Furthermore, keep them in a airtight box or choose from one of our lovely Crown Cases.
3. A crown should be carried upright, not on its side, when possible. However, if your case requires you to carry from the side, you need to pad it properly with bubble wrap or something similar all around the sides of the crown, or create a domed center.
3. If you feel that the stones have gotten dull from not following these rules, here are some to follow. (NEVER IMMERSE OR TREAT CROWNS WITH ANY LIQUIDS)
A) Always clean them before and after using them, and try not to use hand soap, lotion or cream while you handle the crown otherwise fingerprints will remain on the metal and eventually with many uses you imagine how it will look?
B) Always have your hair done a couple of hours before wearing the crown, hair lacquer, gels, mousse, etc, are the number one jewelry enemy, even on gold.
C) After each use we recommend you use a Crown Cleaning Cloths that is impregnated with a tarnish retardant that not only will take the dust and grease off from the crown but will prevent the tarnish, this will also work for any pieces of jewelry. Has silver and other jewelry ever left greenish or black marks on your skin? It's happened to most of us at least once or twice. While there is no single answer to why certain pieces of jewelry will turn your skin green, there are a few possible culprits.
1. Sweat from your finger reacts with the metal on the ring. This means that the metal begins to break down into microscopic fragments, which then wear off onto your skin as you perspire.
2. Metallic abrasion. Tiny metal particles, the result of makeup chemicals coming into contact with jewelry being worn close to the skin, can form black dust and result in discoloration.
3. You may have a slight allergic to the type of metal on the ring. The fragments mix with the natural metals, minerals and chemicals of the body and turn green or bluish-green depending on the wearer�s specific body chemistry.
4. You may have washed your hands with soap that does not react well the metal on your ring. This is usually caused by a chemical reaction between a chemical and the alloy in the metal. Make-up, hand creams, lotions, perfume, etc. can all react with the alloy.
Ways to Eliminate Skin Discoloration
Remove any rings before you wash or put lotion on your hands.
Avoid wearing jewelry while cleaning, exercising, gardening, swimming or showering.
Coat the jewelry with clear nail polish where it touches your skin. We recommend Sally Hansen Hard As Nails. This should only be done if you always show discoloration of the skin.
Keep your jewelry clean and tarnish-free.

Returned checks will incur a $35 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all future transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Cancellation Policy Maximum 48 hours� notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email, phone and/or fax, will be accepted subject to confirmation of request. We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Refunds Policy Client is required to request Return Eligibility and /or Return Authorization (RMA) within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns are minus the shipping/handling fees and a restocking fee of 25%. Customized items are non-returnable.

Q. Do you own a business or want to re-sell the jewelry products that you see here at Holly Hardwick Crowns?
A. It's simple to become an authorized Holly Hardwick Crowns jewelry retailer/re-seller. The minimum order "at retail" is $600.00 to receive the wholesale (50% off) pricing. So, if your order totals $600.00 at retail, it would cost you $300.00. Your order may be for ANY amount of crown jewelry items totaling $600.00 or more. To receive this discount, please call us to place your order at 800-684-1107. This offer applies to all crown jewelry that is not already discounted or on clearance.
Q. Is there a minimum order? What if I only want quantity of one item?
A. The minimum order, as said previously is $600.00 at retail, which equals $300.00 at wholesale. This can be assorted crown jewelry items, or you can buy multiples of just one item. The total retail of the order must total $600.00 or more.
Q. What about re-orders?
A. Re-orders must be $150.00 or more at wholesale.
Q. What if I want to purchase 20 pieces or more of one item?
A. Please feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate a price break for you if you are purchasing 20 pieces or more of one jewelry item.
Q. What if I want an item of jewelry that is not shown on your site?
A. If you don't see the jewelry item you want on our website, and you want a special item, like multiples of one specific motif, give us a call and we will do our best to find the item you desire. In most cases, this requires making a mold for a special item, so delivery can take up to 8 weeks. 60 to 100 pieces would be the required order to make a custom style.
Q. What about re-orders?
A. The same discount applies to re-orders as with the initial order. You can purchase assorted items or multiples of one item at wholesale, as long as the total order is $600.00 or more at regular retail pricing.
Q. What if I want to order one style of "custom rhinestone jewelry"?
A. The wholesale discount is the same for custom rhinestone jewelry. However, this applies only to multiples of ONE STYLE. So, if you wanted a custom rhinestone pin that said "BEST MOM", for example, you could buy that item at wholesale pricing (50% off retail)if the total quantity ordered equals $600.00 at retail. Your final cost would be $300.00 in that case. Please call us to place these custom rhinestone orders.
Q. What about other non-jewelry items?
A. We offer wholesale pricing on crown jewelry only. There are no discounts on tiaras, crowns, scepters, crown cases, accessories, badges, sashes or luggage.
Q. Can I use Holly Hardwick Crowns crown jewelry product images on my website?
A. Yes! Once you begin placing orders with us you are welcome to use our product photography on your website or in your store. We ask that you place a line somewhere on your site that reads "Authorized Holly Hardwick Crowns Retailer" and that you agree not to use our images to purchase products from another company. Once you have an account with us and begin ordering items we can add a link to your website on our "Store Locator" page.
