On international orders: We ship packages for a flat fee of $50. Duties are minimal as we invoice you only for the cost of shipping. We can only accept PayPal as a means of payment, but PayPal does allow you to use your credit card. First Class Shipping is only available option. Order Processing Orders for in-stock items will be processed within one (1) business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm Central Time may not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping to a Different Address You can ship packages to your home, to work or to someone else. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can send it directly to the recipient. For added convenience, register for an account, so each time you check out, you can simply choose from your stored addresses.

Custom Orders

Our Sashes are usually processed in 2-3 weeks + method of delivery time chosen.

On custom items like Crowns, Tiaras, Sceptors, Custom Pins and Badges processing time is usually 3-5 weeks + method of delivery time chosen.

Email Confirmation You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order.

Back Ordered Merchandise In the case an item is on back-order we will notify you immediately.

You will be offered 3 options:
1) A replacement suggestion
2) Date item will be available
3) Cancellation of order

Split Shipments Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. If your shipment(s) arrives and you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
