The elemental crown of Miss Earth Water 2023 — Do Thi Lan Anh of Vietnam, crowned on December 22, 2023, at Van Phuc City in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, alongside Miss Earth 2023 Drita Ziri of Albania, Miss Earth Air Yllana Aduana of the Philippines, and Miss Earth Fire Cora Bliault of Thailand.

Miss Earth 2023 was the pageant's 23rd edition, and the second edition held in Vietnam. New crowns for the winner and the elemental queens were revealed for this edition, courtesy of Long Beach Pearl — the same house behind the overall winner's Long Beach Pearl Crown, designed by its founder Bui Thi My Canh.

Lan Anh was the first Vietnamese representative to win the Miss Earth Water title, and she also won Best Appearance and Best National Costume at Miss Earth 2023.

This Holly Hardwick Crowns recreation celebrates the Water title: a flowing, graceful, elemental crown for a titleholder, a pageant celebration, or a collector of Miss Earth crowns.
